The Maintenance Team Lead oversees day to day operations in the maintenance shop, provides direct leadership for technicians, supervises the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment installed and used for daily operations, and ensures timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems in order to establish operational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of 3 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions, 3-5 years’ experience in a fleet maintenance environment, and be legally eligible to work in the US. A valid CDL driver’s license is desired.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, good analytical reasoning and justification skills, and an ability to teach and train others are required. Proven management skills and excellent problem solving skills are expected.
