Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team in the waste, recycling, and sustainability sector. This role plays a vital part in supporting environmental initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and promoting sustainable practices across our services. The ideal candidate will contribute to the responsible management of resources and help drive our mission toward a cleaner, greener future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of waste management and recycling programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Educate clients, communities, or stakeholders on sustainable practices and waste reduction strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new sustainability initiatives and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to environmental performance and compliance.
  • Ensure safe and efficient handling, sorting, and disposal of materials in accordance with company policies and environmental standards.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

 

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Waste Management, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. Prior experience in waste management, recycling operations, or sustainability programs is highly desirable. A strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards is essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate proficiency in data management tools and sustainability reporting software, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
