MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of satisfactory training and/or experience performing repair and maintenance of automotive equipment or motor vehicle equipment.
This is routine work involving the assistance in the service and maintenance of automotive equipment. The work is performed under direct supervision of an Automotive Mechanic or higher designee but leeway is permitted for the exercise of independent judgment for duties of a less complex nature. The incumbent does related work as required.
Hiring Range: $20.57 - $21.58/hour
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years of age, and be legally eligible to work in the US. A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment is expected. Equipment maintenance and repair experience is preferred.
Excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills, proven work commitment and a dedication to safety are required. Welding and fabrication skills are desired.
