The Sales Account Specialist is responsible for data management and the communication of price and service changes, for all Resource Solutions industrial accounts. The incumbent acts as a liaison between various Resource Solutions teams when communicating changes to CRS related accounts and ensures detailed pricing information is entered accurately.
Hiring Range: $52,600 - $60,000
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a history of succeeding in collaborative environments, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel occasionally. Formal training or coursework in writing, marketing, or communications, direct sales or sales coordination experience and experience or interest in an environmental or sustainability field is preferred.
Excellent verbal, digital, and written communications skills, strong organizational and planning skills, proficiency in the use of Office 365 and related platforms and an understanding of social media communication strategies and tactics are expected.
The successful candidate will have a High School Education or equivalent and a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment. A highly developed attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication, organizational and planning skills are required. Demonstrated proficiency with Office 365 and related platforms along with familiarity with business database systems are expected.
Although not required, an Associate’s Degree in business, communications, or other related degree and a background or interest in an environmental and/or sustainability field are preferred.
