The person in this role must develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs while helping customers get the most out of the existing services they have purchased and increasing revenue by introducing an account contact to new products or services.

The Staff Accountant prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements and activities using accounting principles and assists with budget and close processes, conducts internal audits, and ensures proper documentation to track accounts payable.

The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the accounts receivable process with the primary function of daily application of cash receipts to the correct customer account.

The individual understands their dedicated accounts business and assist in determining which of our waste and recycling services will create the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

The Landfill Environmental Technician is responsible for performing environmental monitoring of water, leachate, and gas systems. The incumbent will apply environmental and engineering principles to modify, test, regulate, and operate equipment and systems used in the operation and regulation of gas systems, leachate collection and ground water testing to ensure daily operations and testing meet federal and state guidelines. Hiring Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

The Regional Assistant Controller works with the Regional Controller to oversee accounting-related activities, prepare financial statements, oversee staff training and development, ensure adherence to established internal controls, and analyze the region and divisional performance.   Hiring Range: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year. Relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates. 

The Depot Attendant assists and oversees the usage of the Recycling/Transfer station facility, performs general labor duties at a transfer station and completes tasks such as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.   This position is for Saturdays ONLY and is a part time position.

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the Transfer Station for the purpose of transferring and loading materials in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of yellow iron equipment.

The Welder performs preventive maintenance, fabrication welding, refurbishes refuse containers and compactors, rehabilitates scuffed paint, installs decals and ensures accurate repair and replacement of components.      

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.  

The Commercial Service Representative provides one-stop service and solutions to new and existing customers by determining service requests, resolving service issues, creating solutions, and closing the sale ensuring a first-class transaction.   Hiring Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

The Transfer Station Laborer performs general labor duties at a transfer station completing tasks such as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.   Hiring range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

The Division Manager oversees all matters related to collection and/or post-collections operations, represents the Company to customers, vendors and municipal customers and other external stakeholders, and drives change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes that contribute to the growth and durability of the Business Unit.

The Operations Support Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations department and maintaining safety documentation and supplies.   The starting pay range for this positon is $18-$20 per hour. 

The Commercial Service Representative provides one-stop service and solutions to new and existing customers by determining service requests, resolving service issues, creating solutions, and closing the sale ensuring a first-class transaction.   The starting pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour.    

The Helper performs duties and operations to assist driver’s complete customer routes with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all health and safety protocols.     The starting pay rate for this position is $18/hr.

The Environmental Analyst is responsible for maintaining environmental compliance and permit requirements and acting as the local technical expert with regards to engineering and environmental concepts for assigned locations. The incumbent will apply engineering principles to prepare technical reports, conduct periodic tests, audits, or inspections of organizational processes, collect, and analyze samples, investigate incidents and complaints, and recommend corrective action as necessary.
