Hiring range is $52,000-$69,000 based on experience.

The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.    

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.

The Environmental Manager is responsible for maintaining environmental compliance and permit requirements and acting as the local technical expert with regards to engineering and environmental concepts for assigned locations. The incumbent will apply engineering principles to prepare technical reports, conduct periodic tests, audits, or inspections of organizational processes, collect, and analyze samples, investigate incidents and complaints, and recommend corrective action as necessary.  The Environmental Manager may oversee and provide guidance to Environmental Analysts within assigned locations, and will contribute to regulatory affairs in each relevant area.
