This role is responsible for coordinating legal documents, managing records, supporting contract workflows, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced, professional environment. Hiring range is $52,000-$69,000 based on experience. 

The staff accountant prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements and activities using accounting principles and assists with budget and close processes, conducts internal audits and ensures proper documentation to track accounts payable.   #INDSJ

The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.    

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.    

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing collections activities, container delivery and pickup for commercial, industrial and residential customers, while managing a large team of dispatchers, drivers, and other workers who are responsible for managing the route system as well as executing a local market strategy to best complete Casella initiatives.   #INDSJ
