The Market Area Controller develops budgets for divisional consideration by region leadership, oversees and directs accounting operations within a few cost centers under multiple divisions of Casella.

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts within a specified market area. This role serves as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations. The person in this role must drive profitable revenue growth and retention with existing accounts as well as new account acquisition.

The Forklift Operator operates and manages movement of materials to ensure a clean, organized facility, respects forklift safety criteria and fulfills production needs.    

The Administrative Office/Accounting Specialist provides professional clerical, accounting and administrative support to the division by providing support to managers, employees, and customers, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities. The incumbent supplies information to callers, maintains files, organizes and maintains schedules and appointments, and generates standard reports.

The Maintenance Production Administrator (MPA) is responsible for parts and inventory management and administration in a shop environment. Hiring range $22-$25 per hour

The Scale Operator, the face of the facility, is responsible for weighing inbound and outbound materials at the facility, processing outbound Bill of Ladings and ensuring that material is being loaded into the vehicle correlates with the release number provided by the hauler.  The starting hourly pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour and candidates must be willing to work shifts for every other Saturday.  

The Depot Attendant assists and oversees the usage of the Recycling/Transfer station facility, performs general labor duties at a transfer station and completes tasks such as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.   The starting hourly rate for this position is $18 per hour.

The Environmental Analyst is responsible for maintaining environmental compliance and permit requirements and acting as the local technical expert with regards to engineering and environmental concepts for assigned locations. The incumbent will apply engineering principles to prepare technical reports, conduct periodic tests, audits, or inspections of organizational processes, collect, and analyze samples, investigate incidents and complaints, and recommend corrective action as necessary.

The CDL Driver Apprentice will obtain a Commercial Driving Permit and complete the Federally required CDL instruction and training to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle providing service to customers in their respective Line of Business (LOB) while working alongside a knowledgeable Casella Waste Driver Trainer.
