The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting and/or baling recycled materials in an efficient and safe manner including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the overall Accounts Receivable team while leading various management initiatives and systems implementation projects. This position provides for overall collection activities and the timely management of all AR aging components. The incumbent ensures compliance with the company’s Accounts Receivable standards and oversees a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists and Accounts Receivable Supervisors who are focused on managing credit risk and accounts receivable collections for the entire company.  

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the landfill for the purpose of transferring, spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment including backhoes, forklifts, graders, tractors, and front-end loaders.   Hiring Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

The Landfill Operations Manager is responsible for managing landfill processes as well as collaborating with the Division Manager, Market Area Manager, and other managers in the business unit to execute division strategy for the production of marketable commodities and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget information.   #INDSJ

The Assistant Division Controller is responsible for the functional aspects of the monthly financial close, reconciliation process and Sarbanes Oxley controls. This role also is involved in the business analysis and projects designed to enhance the profitability of the business units.

The Landfill Operations Manager is responsible for managing landfill processes as well as collaborating with the Division Manager and other managers in the business unit to execute division strategy for the production of marketable commodities and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget information.   Hiring Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.

The Regional Safety Manager leads safety initiatives across our Resources Solutions business operations throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. The position oversees safety audits, inspections, and the development and implementation of safety prevention, near miss reporting, and safe work education training programs to proactively address potential hazards. The Regional Safety Manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and company policies across multiple states. By collaborating with regional and local teams, this position drives safety excellence and fosters a culture of prevention and accountability throughout the region.
