The Regional Maintenance Manager supports and works in conjunction with the Market Area Managers, Division Managers and Maintenance Managers in the evaluation, selection, repair and maintenance of fleet equipment, including yellow iron, and installed equipment used for daily operations; provides leadership, training and ensures the maintenance staff across the region has the tools and resources necessary to support the safe and efficient operation of equipment for our locations.
Hiring Range: $165,000.00-$185,000.00 per year
The Transfer Station Laborer performs general labor duties at a transfer station completing tasks such as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.
The Helper performs duties and operations to assist driver’s complete customer routes with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Hiring Rate: $20
The Container Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely driving along customer routes to deliver and retrieve toters used by residential and commercial customers.
This position does not require a CDL and has a starting pay range of $18-$20 per hour.

The Sourcing Analyst for Hazardous Waste is responsible for evaluating and optimizing the Vendor Network to ensure coverage for regular waste and recycling services and Hazardous Waste services; as well as providing technical support and expertise to the other Strategic Account Services (SAS) Teams, the Vendor Relations Team (VR Team) and the Account Manager Team (AM Team).
Salary range $56-70K, depending on experience.

The Payroll Staff Accountant will have the responsibility for general ledger financial accounting for payroll including weekly and month end responsibilities, various reporting and projects for the payroll team.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, trouble shooting, updating and expertise of On-Board Computing Systems (OBC). The incumbent will travel to multiple facilities across Casella’s operating footprint to service and install OBC’s throughout Casella’s fleet.

Hiring range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

The Operations Support Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations department and maintaining safety documentation and supplies.
The Billing Specialist performs a variety of routine and non-routine simple to moderately complex billing functions to ensure proper preparation of accurate and timely bills to customers based on service contract terms and is responsible for related activities. This role typically entails responsibility for customer accounts. This position consists of three levels: Billing Coordinator; Billing Specialist; and Senior Billing Specialist.
