The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting and/or baling recycled materials in an efficient and safe manner including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade. 

The Helper performs duties and operations to assist driver’s complete customer routes with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all health and safety protocols.

The Depot Attendant assists and oversees the usage of the Recycling/Transfer station facility, performs general labor duties at a transfer station and completes tasks such as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.   The starting pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

The Logistics Specialist acts as part of a team that receives and executes service orders from internal and external customers, and directs the day to day movement of materials necessary to meet service expectations of customers while also strategically distributing materials to meet transportation and/or internal and external end site partner obligations or expectations.   #INDSJ

The Facilities Maintenance Technician utilizes knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery or equipment, diagnose issues with machinery components and determine when adjustments or repairs are needed. The incumbent will have an increasing level of responsibility with an increase of experience and expertise. Forklift repair a must. $2,000 sign on bonus available

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing a group of customers (accounts) within a specified market area. The person in this role must develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs while helping customers get the most out of the existing services they have purchased and increasing revenue by introducing an account contact to new products or services.   #INDSJ
