The Resource Solutions Sales Account Specialist is responsible for data management and communicating price changes and service changes for all Resource Solutions Retail and Commercial accounts.   The incumbent will serve as a liaison among Resource Solutions teams when communicating changes to Commercial Resource Solutions-related accounts. 

The Recycling Material Handler is responsible for sorting recycled materials as they move along the conveyor belt at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), inspecting items, and placing them in designated areas according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.  

The Customer Care Representative provides outstanding service to our customers by responding to a high level of inbound customer calls, inquiries and requests which may require research and investigation to reach resolution. The incumbent actively engages customers to ensure complete understanding of the issues and provide accurate and efficient responses in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner. 

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, updating, and expertise of On-Board Computing Systems (OBC). Casella is seeking a Tax Accountant to join our collaborative Corporate Tax team in Rutland, VT. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our tax filings across the US while working in a supportive environment that values growth, learning, and innovation. This position offers flexible remote and hybrid work options with periodic travel to the Rutland, VT office as needed.

The Division Controller provides support in budget preparation and expense management activities, directs, oversees, and guides the daily accounting functions for specific locations or facilities within the organization.  The annual salary for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 with an annual bonus of 30%.

The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting, and/or baling recycled materials efficiently and safely, including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators. Hiring range is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience

The staff accountant prepares, analyzes, and reviews financial statements and activities using accounting principles and assists with budget and close processes, conducts internal audits and ensures proper documentation to track accounts payable.   #INDSJ

The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.    

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.
