The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.    

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the landfill for the purpose of transferring, spreading, covering, loading and/or compacting waste or soil in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment including backhoes, forklifts, graders, tractors, and front-end loaders.

The Maintenance Manager oversees preventative maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles, provides direction of a team of diesel technicians, implements monitoring maintenance policies and procedures and ensures all repairs are performed in compliance with all company, federal and state regulations. 

The Market Area Controller develops budgets for divisional consideration by region leadership, oversees and directs accounting operations within a few cost centers under multiple divisions of Casella.

The Recycling Material Handler is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.

The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella.  

The Facilities Maintenance Technician utilizes knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery or equipment, diagnose issues with machinery components and determine when adjustments or repairs are needed. The incumbent will have an increasing level of responsibility with an increase of experience and expertise.

The Market Area Manager oversees all matters related to collection and/or post-collections operations, represents the Company to customers, vendors, municipal customers, and other external stakeholders, and drives change management initiatives to introduce and sustain new processes that contribute to the growth and durability of a single site or multiple sites.
