The Billing Specialist performs a variety of routine and non-routine simple to moderately complex billing functions to ensure proper preparation of accurate and timely bills to customers based on service contract terms and is responsible for related activities. The incumbent will determine if a waste is acceptable at the proposed disposal facility based on regulations, facility permits and proposed management method. The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting and/or baling recycled materials in an efficient and safe manner including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators.
