The Operations Associate is a member of a team responsible for daily monitoring and processing of materials in order to add value to the customer. The incumbent will work with a team to ensure that materials are handled appropriately and that customers get the best value from our services.   

The Maintenance Production Administrator (MPA) is responsible for parts and inventory management and administration in a shop environment.   The hiring range for this position is $21-$23 per hour based on experience level.  This would be a split shift position with anticipated hours of 10 am to 6 pm or 12 pm to 8pm.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated areas according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.

The Container Repair Mechanic performs repairs, maintenance and installs compactors and other stationary equipment, executes work on hydraulics, completes basic electrical operations and welds and fabricates to maximize safe and productive operations. Pay range $20.00-$21.00 per hour

The Recycling Material Handler is responsible for sorting recycled materials as they move along the conveyor belt at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF), inspecting items, and placing them in designated areas according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.  

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, updating, and expertise of On-Board Computing Systems (OBC). The incumbent will travel to multiple facilities across Casella’s operating footprint to service and install OBCs throughout Casella’s fleet.   *This Position Requires Frequent Travel Throughout the Casella Operating Footprint*
