The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.    

The Custodial Staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways and conference rooms within the assigned facility in compliance with Casella’s cleanliness standards and best practices.   Hiring Range: $19-21/ hourly

The Route Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily activities of drivers and helpers in order to provide safe, effective ad courteous waste collection services to customers. The incumbent will ride with a driver during his/her scheduled route to identify opportunities for enhanced operating efficiencies, accurate billing, opportunities for increases in service and potential safety hazards.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer acquisition, retention, and service excellence. This role involves engaging with prospects and existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs, provides solutions, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. #INDSJ

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the Transfer Station for the purpose of transferring and loading materials in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of yellow iron equipment.   The starting hourly rate for this position is $20 to $25 per hour.

The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The driver must have the ability to make positive contributions to their surrounding communities on behalf of Casella. Eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus. Roll-off experience a must!!
