The Sourcing Analyst for Hazardous Waste is responsible for evaluating and optimizing the Vendor Network to ensure coverage for regular waste and recycling services and Hazardous Waste Services; as well as providing technical support and expertise to the other Strategic Account Services, Vendor Relations, and Account Manager Teams.   Salary range $56-70K, depending on experience.  This is a remote position and requires 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.  

The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing our supplier performance and logistics. The incumbent will assess the efficiency of our vendors, schedule projects, analyze cost structures, and study competitor behavior. Salary range: $ 56,000-$ 70,000, depending on experience.    This is a remote position and requires 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.

The Sourcing Coordinator researches, identifies, and qualifies new and current vendors that enable Casella to manage customer’s waste streams in a cost-effective way.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade. 

The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the Grasslands Facility for the purpose of material movement on site in an efficient and safe manner. This role operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment including front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers and tractors, and will operate and monitors any material processing equipment as determined by the Division Manager.   Hiring Range: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
