The incumbent will apply environmental and engineering principles to modify, test, regulate, and operate equipment and systems used in the operation and regulation of gas systems, leachate collection and ground water testing to ensure daily operations and testing meet federal and state guidelines.
Hiring Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

The Treatment Plant Operator will be accountable for managing the day-to-day operations at each our Thiopaq and PFAS removal facilities. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance and repair of the landfill gas and leachate systems, focusing on a safe efficient operation of each facility, providing support to landfill staff, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Hiring Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

This role operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment including front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers and tractors, and will operate and monitor any material processing equipment as determined by the Division Manager. Some mechanical skills preferred to help with preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
Hiring Range $19-21 per hour based on experience

The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment used in the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for the purpose of transferring, sorting and/or baling recycled materials in an efficient and safe manner including operating multiple types of equipment like forklifts, skid steer, recycling balers, and payloaders/excavators. This transfer station involves working with railcars and relevant MA Hoisting License is required.
Pay Rate ranges from $27 - $29/hr depending on experience.
