The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees day to day operations in the maintenance shop, provides direct leadership for technicians, supervises the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment installed and used for daily operations, and ensures timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems in order to establish operational effectiveness.
Hiring Range: $80,000-$90,000/ annually

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of transfer stations within the defined market area to ensure compliance with all company, federal, and state regulations. The incumbent will travel to locations daily to provide support and perform quality control checks to ensure safety and efficiency in daily procedures. Hiring Range: $85,000-$90,000/ annually
