The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the recycling and other post-collections activities within the Material Recovery Facility (MRF). The incumbent will collaborate with the Division or Market Area Manager and other managers in the business unit to execute division strategy to produce marketable commodities and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement.   Hiring Range: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year. 

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.

The incumbent will travel to locations daily to provide support and perform quality control checks to ensure safety and efficiency in daily procedures including route system operations. The individual is expected to be prepared and willing to assist in daily operations as needed and execute local market strategies to best complete Casella initiatives.
