The Market Area Maintenance Manager oversees preventative maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles, provides direction of a team of diesel technicians, implements monitoring maintenance policies and procedures and ensures all repairs are performed in compliance with all company, federal and state regulations.

Hiring Range: $75,000-$85,000/year
The Heavy Equipment Operator ensures the safe operation of heavy equipment at the Transfer Station for the purpose of transferring and loading materials in an efficient and safe manner; operates one or more types of yellow iron equipment.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician utilizes knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery or equipment, diagnose issues with machinery components and determine when adjustments or repairs are needed. The incumbent will have an increasing level of responsibility with an increase of experience and expertise.
Hiring Range: $20.00-$35.00 per hour.

The Sorter is responsible for sorting through recycled materials that come into the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) as they move along the conveyor belt, inspecting items, and placing items or materials into designated area according to commodity, size, condition, and/or grade.

The Sales Bid Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and organizing successful bid proposals for existing or prospective clients for assigned brokers and direct clients. The incumbent will review incoming bids and proposals as well as communicate with and maintain relationships with the clients as well as division and partner hauler sales reps to provide support for timely response to competitive bids and quotes.
The Scale Operator, the face of the facility, is responsible for weighing inbound and outbound materials at the facility, processing outbound Bill of Ladings and ensuring that material is being loaded into the vehicle correlates with the release number provided by the hauler.
The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.
Work hours are: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

The Truck Washer is responsible for using powered cleaning equipment to remove any dirty matter adhered to the outside of company vehicles and ensuring the inside of vehicles are clean and safe for operators. The incumbent will also be responsible for preventative vehicle maintenance such as lubing and inspecting.
The Helper performs duties and operations to assist driver’s complete customer routes with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
