The Account Representative provides one-stop service and solutions to new and existing customers by determining service requests, resolving service issues, creating solutions, and closing the sale ensuring a first-class transaction.
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a group of customers (accounts) within a specified market area. The person in this role must develop a deep understanding of a customer’s needs while helping customers get the most out of the existing services they have purchased and increasing revenue by introducing an account contact to new products or services.
The Account Executive fosters and maintains relationships with new and existing business accounts by delivering excellent account management, providing innovative solutions to solve unique business needs, and identifying service enhancements for customers that increases customer loyalty, retains long-term business, and provides opportunities for increased sales growth.
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) participates in the development of the sales strategy and required actions to achieve their assigned market area’s revenue goals in total as well as by line of business ensuring profitable revenue growth and retention. The incumbent works with the Regional Sales Manager to coach, develop, and mentor market area sales professionals, primarily Territory Sales and Commercial Services Representatives, to ensure the execution of market area sales strategies.
The Resource Solutions Sales Account Specialist develops sales materials and implements account strategies to support the Resource Solutions Business Development team in creating additional sales opportunities and ensuring new and existing nationwide industrial, institutional, commercial, and municipal business accounts receive excellent service and innovative solutions to meet their unique needs.
